With a movie plot every bit as ludicrous as it’s title promises, there’s only one man to pull it off…
… George Clooney. (Well actually two, but Brad was busy doing Inglorious Basterds.) Men Who Stare at Goats follows Bob Wilton (Ewan McGregor), a reporter in Iraq, as he discovers the U.S Army’s First Earth Battalion.
A unit that aims to exploit supernatural powers, such as walking through walls and predicting the future, for their missions. Bob tags along when Lyn Cassady (Geaorge Clooney), a self declared ‘psychic weapon’, gets re-activated. Lyn claims to be soldier trained to kill with just his mind. Sound familiar? As Lyn puts it, he uses the ‘Jedi Mind Trick”. Also starring Jeff bridges and Kevin Spacey, with a stella cast and a spectecular storyline, hilarity is sure to insue.
